Qualification
- Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services and network configurations.
- Proficiency in using Jira Service Management for tracking requests.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond to technical support queries.
- Experience in managing user accounts and device provisioning.
Responsibility
- Install and configure Windows and Mac laptops, software, cloud services, systems, networks, MFA devices, printers, and scanners.
- Manage the on- and off-boarding of users, as well as the provisioning and de-provisioning of devices.
- Effectively respond to requests and track work in Jira Service Management.
- Manage and restock inventory as needed.
- Roll out and support software updates and other laptop security services and policies.
- Support and service SSO (Single Sign-On) solutions.
