Qualification
- High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred).
- Experience in lighting design and operation for live events.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with staff, vendors, and artist management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of A/V equipment and stage management.
Responsibility
- Set up, operate, and maintain the venue lighting system.
- Operate lights during shows to achieve the desired color and tone as per the artist's vision.
- Serve as back-up for the PA system and audio technicians.
- Maintain the house lighting system and ensure its operational efficiency.
- Oversee venue maintenance including lighting, stage, and equipment upkeep.
- Set up and break down equipment on stage for events.
