Qualification
- Experience in technical support or deployment roles
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and unexpected challenges
- Experience with robotics or related technology is a plus
Responsibility
- Support the day-to-day robot operations and service delivery for all robots including troubleshooting and repair
- Lead all robot activities for media events and customer demonstrations
- Support cross-functional teams to perform root cause analyses
- Define, implement, and monitor processes and procedures for successful service delivery and fleet management
- Facilitate success in deployment, break-fix support, and help desk services
