Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Over 2 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or customer success, preferably in enterprise services or cross-border companies
- Ability to combine frontline business with platform tool optimization based on data analysis
- Results-oriented with a growth mindset and curiosity
- Team player capable of cross-team collaboration to drive complex projects
Responsibility
- Maintain deep relationships with existing customers based on market strategy
- Build and operate a self-service platform and automated customer service tools
- Provide proactive service to existing customers and efficiently respond to inquiries
- Collaborate with strategy and product teams to identify customer pain points and drive product optimization
- Work with marketing, sales, and customer management teams to nurture and identify high-potential customers
- Collaborate with operations, risk, and compliance teams to identify potential business risks
