Responsibility
- Be the country manager for logistics as a service, focusing on sales and account management.
- Manage a small team of junior account managers and salespeople.
- Act as the bridge between the local account management team and On-Demand HQ.
- Prioritize top accounts, identify partner needs, and develop action plans for targeting and pitching.
- Build proposals and lead contract negotiations to establish strong partnerships.
