Responsibility
- Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class data science & AI team focused on driving user and revenue growth.
- Foster expertise in applied machine learning and generative AI within the team.
- Architect and oversee the experimentation framework including A/B testing, multi-arm bandits, and causal inference.
- Collaborate closely with leaders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Design to drive measurable impact.
- Shape the strategy for using advanced analytics and machine learning to unlock growth.
