Responsibility
- Shape and lead the fraud risk management strategy across all regions.
- Standardize and maintain the fraud incident reporting process.
- Collaborate with regulators and law enforcement on fraud-related issues.
- Steer major policy initiatives including IDV and KYC.
- Oversee the 1st Line’s operational controls related to fraud risk.
- Drive continuous improvement and proactive strategies through cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure fraud prevention measures are globally harmonized while adapting to local regulatory requirements.
