Airwallex is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People & Talent team and help attract, assess, and hire exceptional global talent. This role focuses on scalable, inclusive recruitment processes to support a fast-growing payments and financial platform and to strengthen Airwallex's world-class team across multiple offices.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of global talent acquisition experience, ideally in tech or fast-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to recruit for multiple functions and seniority levels across regions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with executives and hiring managers.
  • Experience delivering data-driven recruitment and reporting; proficient with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, assessment, and interviewing skills; strong candidate experience focus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance across relevant regions.

Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units, from workforce planning to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines across global offices.
  • Drive a positive candidate experience and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches and recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture on offer management, compensation alignment, and onboarding.
  • Promote DEI and inclusive hiring practices; advise on interview techniques and bias mitigation.
  • Manage relationships with external partners (recruiting agencies, campus programs) as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and internal policies; maintain accurate ATS records.
