Aizen is seeking an Account Executive to join its founding go-to-market (GTM) team. The role involves driving revenue, winning new clients, and shaping the company's sales strategy for its AI platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of a high-impact sales organization.

Qualification

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of AI and its applications in business.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales initiatives.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies and processes.

Responsibility

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including lead generation, discovery, pricing, quoting, negotiating, and contract execution.
  • Identify and engage with enterprise prospects to win new logos and drive expansion.
  • Educate prospects on Aizen’s end-to-end AI platform and close high-impact deals.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including defining sales playbooks and outreach strategies.
  • Engage with decision-makers across C-level and technical stakeholders to navigate complex sales cycles.
