Benesch is a multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm seeking an experienced Roadway Group Manager to lead their Kansas-based roadway engineering group. The role involves managing project teams, developing client relationships, and contributing to strategic growth initiatives in roadway planning and design.
Qualification
- BSCE or related discipline
- Professional Engineer licensure in Kansas and Missouri or the ability to obtain it
- Significant experience in client development and managing roadway and transportation engineering services
- Experience with public agencies, including DOTs, counties, and municipalities
- Strong leadership and project management skills
Responsibility
- Manage and grow the Kansas-based roadway engineering group
- Manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule
- Contribute to local, regional, and corporate strategic growth initiatives
- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Represent Benesch at industry and professional engagement events
- Identify opportunities and lead strategic project pursuits
- Collaborate on regional growth strategy
