Benesch is a multi-disciplined planning, engineering, and professional services firm seeking a Structural Bridge Project Manager to lead bridge and transportation projects in their Kansas/Missouri Division. The role involves project management, team leadership, and client relationship management, with a focus on contributing to the growth of the practice.
Qualification
- Experience in the design and management of bridge and transportation projects
- Experience in bridge inspection, load ratings, and asset management-related services
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills
- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, and budget
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibility
- Serve as project manager on bridge and transportation design projects
- Create and execute project work plans including developing project scope, schedule and budget estimates
- Manage project teams, accountable for budget and schedule
- Mentor junior staff
- Contribute to Kansas Division strategic growth initiatives
- Champion relationships with key clients, including KDOT and/or MoDOT
- Represent Benesch at industry and professional events
