Qualification
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of building and shipping products for enterprise customers
- B2B SaaS background with direct experience working with enterprise clients
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies within a product development lifecycle
- Strong ability to define and analyze metrics that inform product success and drive decision making
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize requests
- Proactive, resourceful, and capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience conducting user research and translating insights into actionable product improvements
Responsibility
- Own and coordinate the product roadmap, strategy, and long-term vision for a substantial surface area focused on enterprise customers
- Drive new feature development from conception through delivery and launch
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to align on product goals and outcomes
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and data-driven experiments to inform product direction and priorities
- Define, monitor, and measure success metrics post-deployment and adjust strategy based on outcomes
- Engage extensively with external customers to understand needs and translate insights into product enhancements and new value
- Represent the bridge between technical feasibility and business value, contributing to growth and market transformation in a new enterprise category
