This role involves leading product strategy, roadmap, and execution to deliver effective solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT teams.
Qualification
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in BCDR or related fields.
- Strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and ransomware-resilient solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build relationships with customers and understand their needs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a technology environment.
Responsibility
- Define and drive the product line strategy and evangelize the product vision to customers, partners, employees, and investors.
- Ensure that the roadmap aligns with the overall product and company vision.
- Be an expert on the domain, the market, and the trends.
- Represent the customer and be the champion and voice of customers.
- Build impactful, personal customer relationships and bring the customer's voice into the creation process.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Security, Operations, Support, Marketing, and Sales to deliver reliable and scalable BCDR products.
