Responsibility
- Lead the design, build, and rollout of new People technology solutions.
- Build and maintain integrations between People systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
- Configure timekeeping and compliance policies in the system.
- Identify manual processes and lead automation projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to redesign People processes.
