The Senior Manufacturing Development Engineer will be part of the Manufacturing Development team, responsible for defining and managing manufacturing engineering initiatives and supporting the manufacturing lifecycle for complex systems.
Qualification
- Experience in manufacturing engineering and operations.
- Strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing principles.
- Ability to manage complex projects and initiatives.
- Experience with advanced manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibility
- Define, lead and manage manufacturing engineering and operations initiatives from ideation through targeted pilots and broad roll-out.
- Champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM, DFA, DFx) principles.
- Review and consult on manufacturing plans for complex systems.
- Support manufacturing development on strategic programs.
- Distill Anduril’s vision for production into actionable initiatives across manufacturing teams and sites.
