The Materials Associate role within the Supply Chain team involves managing material flow and inventory to support production and business growth, ensuring quality standards are met in shipping and receiving operations.

- Familiarity with inventory management and cycle counting
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks

Responsibility
- Process shipping and receiving at the Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations as needed
- Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product
- Ensure material movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move
- Pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials and supplies, and stage finished products for distribution
- Complete cycle counts and conduct warehouse activities with a focus on inventory accuracy
- Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording inventory locations, and reporting shortages
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items
- Courier inventory as needed between Anduril’s sites in Santa Ana & Costa Mesa
- Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies within or between departments according to production and shipping schedules
