Responsibility
- Own Zipline's transportation logistics operations
- Manage origin and destination logistics for global suppliers and production facilities
- Collaborate with the logistics team to determine appropriate carriers and schedules
- Standardize and create logistics department procedures and processes
- Determine optimal routing, mode selection, and load planning to reduce freight spend
- Integrate transportation management information from Carrier TMS into Zipline's operations
