Qualification
- Strong ownership and problem-solving skills in operational challenges
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment
- Experience with shipping and receiving processes
- Familiarity with inventory management and cycle counting
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery
Responsibility
- Process shipping and receiving at the Santa Ana and/or Costa Mesa locations as needed
- Prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, labeling, loading, and securing product
- Ensure material movement across sites is accurately transacted for each move
- Pull orders from inventory, deliver production materials and supplies, and stage finished products for distribution
- Complete cycle counts and conduct warehouse activities with a focus on inventory accuracy
- Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and keeping materials and supplies in stock, recording inventory locations, and reporting shortages
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items
- Courier inventory between Anduril’s sites in Santa Ana & Costa Mesa
- Expedite flow of material, parts, and assemblies in accordance with production and shipping schedules
