Qualification
- Experience with ERP implementations, specifically Workday Financials.
- Strong understanding of financial data models and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in analytics tools, particularly Prism and integration with data sources.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a finance environment.
Responsibility
- Serve as internal functional lead for Workday Financials implementation, partnering with consultants to drive configuration decisions and validate designs.
- Own the design and configuration of Chart of Accounts, Worktags, dimensional hierarchies, and Accounting Books for financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain Prism/Accounting Center solutions, including integration with external data sources like BigQuery and Pigment.
- Gather business requirements from Finance, Accounting, and FP&A stakeholders to develop executive reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams and finance stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of the ERP platform.
