With a strong customer base and significant year-over-year growth, Ashby is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager to lead their North American sales efforts, particularly in the enterprise segment. This role involves driving revenue, building a high-performing sales team, and fostering collaboration across various departments to enhance customer acquisition.

Qualification

  • Experience managing a team of SaaS Enterprise Account Executives delivering $5M+/year
  • Proven track record of winning $1M+ SaaS deals with publicly traded companies
  • Experience hiring and onboarding Enterprise AEs who can create their own pipeline
  • Strong mental model for enterprise sales execution
  • Comfortable establishing relationships with customers

Responsibility

  • Accountable for revenue results of the enterprise segment
  • Partner with senior AEs to maximize win rates on large opportunities
  • Manage deal risks and navigate complexities of competitive replacement deals
  • Hire and onboard high-caliber Enterprise Account Executives
  • Foster alignment across Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Professional Services
