This role involves driving revenue, building a high-performing sales team, and fostering collaboration across various departments to enhance customer acquisition.
Qualification
- Experience managing a team of SaaS Enterprise Account Executives delivering $5M+/year
- Proven track record of winning $1M+ SaaS deals with publicly traded companies
- Experience hiring and onboarding Enterprise AEs who can create their own pipeline
- Strong mental model for enterprise sales execution
- Comfortable establishing relationships with customers
Responsibility
- Accountable for revenue results of the enterprise segment
- Partner with senior AEs to maximize win rates on large opportunities
- Manage deal risks and navigate complexities of competitive replacement deals
- Hire and onboard high-caliber Enterprise Account Executives
- Foster alignment across Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering & Professional Services
