Responsibility

  • Maintain a client renewal rate of 91% at all times
  • Respond to each client request by the end of each day
  • Work across departments to find innovative solutions to client needs
  • Record all updates and client touchpoints in Salesforce each day
  • Conduct regular check-ins with each client
  • Maintain emotional and mental composure organizing and prioritizing tasks
  • Explain complex issues in a simple and understandable way, both verbally and in writing
  • Own a book of business with 100+ clients
