  • Strong storytelling skills to articulate Beam's vision to stakeholders
  • Highly analytical, using data to shape decisions and strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field

Responsibility

  • Lead Sales Strategy and Execution
  • Align business priorities and go-to-market strategies with the CEO & CTO
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Senior AE team
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value brand partnerships
  • Explore and validate new markets and verticals for growth
