- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving growth
- Ability to strategically plan for growth and pivot based on market trends
- Strong storytelling skills to articulate Beam's vision to stakeholders
- Highly analytical, using data to shape decisions and strategies
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
Responsibility
- Lead Sales Strategy and Execution
- Align business priorities and go-to-market strategies with the CEO & CTO
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Senior AE team
- Identify, negotiate, and secure high-value brand partnerships
- Explore and validate new markets and verticals for growth
