The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and execute design initiatives that support scientists in their research.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in software product design, preferably in SaaS.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful product designs.
- Proven ability to simplify complex product architectures or workflows.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex design decisions.
- Experience contributing to a design system for complex software products.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Background in lab work, scientific research, or healthcare is a plus.
Responsibility
- Define product strategy, scope, and prioritization in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Address product challenges from definition to shipping features to customers.
- Rapidly design and prototype multiple ideas to validate product directions.
- Own the design process for high-impact initiatives from research through implementation.
