- Ability to coordinate with authorities, manage workload, and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience with customer-facing processes and chat tools (e.g., Intercom).
- Ability to follow and develop guidelines, and create/update processes and workflows.
Responsibility
- Act as the main point of contact for talents during relocation; address inquiries about visa processes, residence permits, paperwork via chat (Intercom) and internal tools.
- Follow, update, or create guidelines for processing tasks across different authorities, under instruction.
- Coordinate appointments, expedite processes by contacting relevant authorities, assemble customer documents, and manage your own workload.
- Support immigration and relocation projects by developing and maintaining processes, workflows, and guidelines as needed.
- Provide compassionate, patient, and responsive customer support to talents worldwide, ensuring a positive relocation experience.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure compliance with immigration regulations.
