Responsibility
- Collaborate with customer Analytics/BI teams and BrazeAI colleagues on implementations, including use case definition, data integration, pipeline setup, and ML model configuration.
- Extend product capabilities by improving architecture and developing reusable components.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored data solutions.
- Analyze customer data to derive insights and improve their experience with BrazeAI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements and innovations.
