Responsibility
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams of product engineers and Salesforce admins and developers.
- Drive the architectural vision, technical roadmap, and project execution for the Salesforce platform, GTM applications, and Brex.com.
- Champion and integrate AI-native solutions into the engineering processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the systems under your leadership.
