- Experience with Salesforce platform and related technologies is highly desirable.

- Ability to mentor and develop engineering talent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibility
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams of product engineers and Salesforce admins and developers, fostering their career development through coaching, feedback, and hands-on guidance.
- Drive the architectural vision, technical roadmap, and project execution for the Salesforce platform, GTM applications, and Marketing website (Brex.com), ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Champion and integrate AI-native solutions into the engineering processes and products.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and other teams to align engineering efforts with business goals.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team performance to ensure successful execution of engineering initiatives.
