BTG Pactual is hiring a Relationship Manager Assistant for the LatAm Desk in Miami to support relationship managers, coordinate cross-border client service, and drive operational efficiency for US and LatAm clients. The role emphasizes client support, multilingual communication, and strong analytical and organizational skills within a global financial services environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- Four or more years of experience in the financial industry.
- Profound knowledge of financial market products and regulations with a focus on the US and LatAm regions.
- Familiarity with the account opening process in a US Broker-Dealer and LatAm markets (Chile, Peru, Colombia).
- Multilingual: fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
- Strong qualitative/analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating with clients, registered representatives, counterparties, and back-office teams is a plus.
Responsibility
- Provide client support by coordinating with clients, registered representatives, counterparties, and back-office teams locally and internationally to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist the LatAm Desk relationship managers to ensure seamless client service and operational efficiency.
- Apply your four or more years of experience in the financial industry to contribute insights and support client advisory processes.
- Utilize qualitative and analytical skills to assess complex financial situations and inform decision-making.
- Leverage strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate prioritization and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus for cross-border communications.
