Businessolver is seeking an Implementation Configuration Specialist to ensure the integrity and accuracy of data shared with carriers, focusing on benefits technology and services. The role involves system configuration, quality assurance, and collaboration with internal partners to support client needs effectively.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years benefits administration plan configuration experience
  • Strong SQL, MS Access, and Excel skills preferred
  • Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail

Responsibility

  • Participate in all raw materials review and validation
  • Ensure system configuration is completed according to requirements documentation
  • Support key work process flows for Annual Enrollment, New Services Implementation, and Acquisitions and Divestitures
  • Complete self-QA on all system build work
  • Establish and follow global process documentation and report discrepancies
  • Daily touch-base with internal partners on current projects
  • Maintain capacity and productivity measurements through task updates
  • Review open tasks daily, prioritize work, and escalate when necessary
  • Address escalated or global issues related to system build for clients
  • Participate in training sessions for new system functionality and processes
