Responsibility
- Manage the full life cycle of a sales opportunity from sourcing leads to closing business
- Demonstrate the proprietary SaaS platform to potential clients
- Engage with channel partners such as brokers and advisers to build relationships
- Hunt for new business direct to enterprise-level employers
- Execute a consultative sales strategy utilizing an innovative process
- Build a sales pipeline to exceed expectations
- Develop close working relationships with sales support staff and marketing team
- Track sales activities precisely and in detail
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Prepare action plans and schedules for target identification and contact projections
- Identify and attend marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
