- Understand your account at a deep level, develop a strategy for growth and execute against it

- Own execution– constantly exceed customer expectations on delivery, communications, and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to funnel learnings and product feedback
- Engage with enterprise customers to understand their challenges and concerns
- Run the full stack of engagement from initial meetings through piloting and deployment
