Qualification

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in a financial services or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to convert leads into active customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with international payment systems and emerging markets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools to track customer interactions and performance.

Responsibility

  • Acquire new corporate customers in Congo and expand to the region using various acquisition channels.
  • Identify customer needs and challenges, converting leads into long-term customers.
  • Drive repeat transactions by nurturing existing customer relationships and pursuing leads.
  • Guide new customers through the onboarding process to ensure effective use of the platform.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up sessions to encourage first-time payments and support early adoption.
  • Engage with inactive and churned accounts to identify reactivation and upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor customer usage and satisfaction, addressing requests and complaints promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
