Casap is a Series A fintech startup based in San Francisco, focused on automating banking disputes and combating friendly fraud. The Chief of Staff will report directly to the CEO, managing strategic planning, operational processes, and special projects to support the company's growth during a critical phase.

Qualification

  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or strategy/operations at a high-growth tech company; MBA preferred.
  • Proven ability to transition from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with executive presence.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in business writing.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Passion for fintech, fraud prevention, or compliance software is a plus.

Responsibility

  • Serve as a thought partner to the CEO and act as the CEO's extension in San Francisco.
  • Support go-to-market initiatives, including managing conferences and speaking engagements.
  • Own internal communications by running executive staff meetings and publishing company-wide updates.
  • Drive quarterly and annual planning, including OKRs and budgets, and track execution across various departments.
  • Prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and key metrics dashboards.
