Qualification
- Strong understanding of government relations and policy advocacy.
- Experience in working with government agencies or non-profit organizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret policy documents and legislation.
- Proven track record in project management and strategic planning.
Responsibility
- Engage with government officials to advocate for increased investment in reentry employment services.
- Address collateral consequences faced by individuals returning from incarceration.
- Develop strategies to generate revenue for the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote policy changes that support reentry services.
