Responsibility
- Source and identify clinical candidates to join Charlie Health, with a focus on youth-focused behavioral health roles.
- Build and nurture networks of clinicians and healthcare professionals to create a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial screening, assess fit, and develop strong rapport with candidates to move them through the interview process.
- Manage multiple clinical requisitions in a fast-paced, remote environment, prioritizing urgent needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand clinical role requirements and align sourcing strategies.
- Maintain strong candidate experience and timely communication; respond to inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain a national reach to recruit across geographies to support company growth.
