Qualification
- Associate Degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Responsibility
- Handle fast-paced operations in an E-Commerce distribution environment
- Ensure standards are established and followed
- Work actively with associates to ensure success
- Lead accurate unloading and timely put away of containers
- Ensure accurate orientation and training for hourly associates
- Observe employee activities and provide assessments on safety and quality
- Handle employee questions and maintain a positive work environment
- Drive standards through motivation and accountability
- Develop open lines of communication for positive employee relations
- Complete documentation for tracking attendance and efficiency
- Investigate processes and drive improvements based on feedback
