Chewy Health is seeking an Associate Creative Director (Design) to lead visual design and execution for Chewy Health's storytelling. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, on-brand creative across multi-channel campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring designers, and elevating the brand within an in-house environment. This position is based on-site in Plantation, FL (3 days per week) and reports to the Chewy Health Creative Director.
Qualification
- Proven experience in creative leadership (Associate Creative Director or senior design leadership) with ability to guide design direction and teams.
- Strong conceptual and executional craft in brand storytelling, with experience across social, motion, and video assets.
- Proven ability to translate marketing strategy and briefs into unified creative strategy for multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience developing multi-channel concepts with cross-functional teams and enforcing brand guidelines across campaigns.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain brand consistency across channels and evolve storytelling as a business grows.
- Excellent collaboration skills with Creative Directors, marketing partners, writers, strategists, and producers.
- Experience guiding photo and video shoots and ensuring content aligns with brand.
- Leadership and mentorship capabilities to guide designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Willingness to work on-site three days per week in Plantation, FL (on-site)
Responsibility
- Plan and manage creative campaigns with cross-functional teams to connect with marketing goals.
- Develop and manage multi-channel concepts, ensuring brand guidelines are applied across all campaigns.
- Translate marketing strategy and briefs into a unified creative strategy and vision for multi-channel campaigns.
- Lead the overall design direction for assets across static paid social, motion, and video to ensure quality and brand fit.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels while exploring new storytelling approaches as the business grows.
- Review assets and provide feedback to ensure campaign consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
- Provide creative guidance for photo and video shoots to ensure final content is strong and true to Chewy’s brand.
- Collaborate with Creative Directors, marketing partners, and leaders to generate fresh ideas and strategies.
- Support and guide designers, and work closely with writers, strategists, and producers to deliver high-quality work.
