This role involves managing a team of Technical Product Managers (TPMs) and ensuring the delivery of data products that align with Chewy's AI and business strategies.
Qualification
- Experience in product management, particularly in data platforms or analytics.
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and AI integrations.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive product strategy.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau and data platforms like Snowflake.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and internal customers.
Responsibility
- Own the cross-domain EDS product portfolio with clear problem definitions and success metrics.
- Define and socialize a multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap.
- Translate Chewy’s AI and business strategies into a prioritized backlog of platform and data products.
- Connect product outcomes to clear success metrics and OKRs.
- Partner with Data Engineering, Governance, and Analytics leaders on portfolio-level planning.
- Drive structured product discovery with internal customers.
- Prioritize features based on customer value and technical feasibility.
- Maintain product roadmaps and manage change control for platform-wide releases.
