  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Proficiency in using technology and Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS).
  • Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
  • Responsible and ethical handling of pharmacy-related tasks.

Responsibility

  • Embody the Chewy Vet Care culture and deliver a WOW experience to pet parents.
  • Handle all patient intakes and manage front-end client interactions.
  • Utilize strong social and communication skills to engage with pet parents.
  • Assist pet parents with medical care for their pets and resolve issues promptly.
  • Use Practice Information Management System (PIMS) proficiently.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
  • Act responsibly regarding pharmacy holdings.
  • Assist the Practice Manager with inventory communication.
  • Clean workspaces after patient interactions.
