Qualification
- Strong social and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in using technology and Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS).
- Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
- Responsible and ethical handling of pharmacy-related tasks.
Responsibility
- Embody the Chewy Vet Care culture and deliver a WOW experience to pet parents.
- Handle all patient intakes and manage front-end client interactions.
- Utilize strong social and communication skills to engage with pet parents.
- Assist pet parents with medical care for their pets and resolve issues promptly.
- Use Practice Information Management System (PIMS) proficiently.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
- Act responsibly regarding pharmacy holdings.
- Assist the Practice Manager with inventory communication.
- Clean workspaces after patient interactions.
