This role focuses on enhancing the veterinary care experience by providing exceptional service to pet parents and supporting the clinical team in a newly established veterinary practice equipped with advanced technology. The company emphasizes a collaborative and supportive work environment for both team members and clients.
Qualification
- Strong social and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team.
- Proficiency in using Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS).
- Commitment to following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
Responsibility
- Embody the Chewy Vet Care culture and deliver a WOW experience to pet parents.
- Handle all patient intakes and manage front-end client interactions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to engage with pet parents and assist with medical care.
- Apply integrated technology and be proficient in the Practice Information Management System (PIMS).
- Follow the practice’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
- Act responsibly regarding pharmacy holdings and assist with inventory communication.
- Maintain cleanliness of workspaces after patient interactions.
- Participate in self-development courses and required compliance training.
