Chewy Vet Care is seeking a full-time Client Concierge to join their Healthcare Practice Team. This role focuses on enhancing the veterinary care experience by providing exceptional service to pet parents and supporting the clinical team in a newly established veterinary practice equipped with advanced technology. The company emphasizes a collaborative and supportive work environment for both team members and clients.

Qualification

  • Strong social and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team.
  • Proficiency in using Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS).
  • Commitment to following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.

Responsibility

  • Embody the Chewy Vet Care culture and deliver a WOW experience to pet parents.
  • Handle all patient intakes and manage front-end client interactions.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to engage with pet parents and assist with medical care.
  • Apply integrated technology and be proficient in the Practice Information Management System (PIMS).
  • Follow the practice’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
  • Act responsibly regarding pharmacy holdings and assist with inventory communication.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workspaces after patient interactions.
  • Participate in self-development courses and required compliance training.
