The role involves engaging with pet parents, managing patient intakes, and supporting veterinary staff in a collaborative environment. Qualification
- Strong social and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Proficiency in using Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS).
- Willingness to participate in training and development courses.
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Responsibility
- Embody the Chewy Vet Care culture and deliver a WOW experience to pet parents.
- Handle all patient intakes and manage front-end client interactions.
- Utilize strong communication skills to assist pet parents with medical care for their pets.
- Apply integrated technology and be proficient in the Practice Information Management System (PIMS).
- Follow the practice’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Standards of Care (SOC).
- Act responsibly regarding pharmacy holdings and assist with inventory communication.
- Maintain cleanliness of workspaces after patient interactions.
- Participate in self-development courses and required compliance training.
