Qualification
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school.
- State veterinary license in good standing.
- Experience in veterinary practice, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
- Ability to perform complex surgeries and manage complicated cases.
Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and assistants.

- Hold team members accountable for performance and facilitate change.
- Implement policies and procedures using integrated technology for consistent medical care.
