Responsibility
- Support paraprofessional staff in implementing policies and procedures and managing operational functions.
- Work with regional and corporate leadership to support and develop the practice team.
- Oversee staff management and coordinate work schedules for the team.
- Conduct staff reviews, handle concerns, and mentor team members in their career development.
- Lead team coordination of inventory cycle counts and fulfill inventory needs requests.
- Engage with clients to ensure they receive excellent treatment and resolve conflicts or complaints.
- Ensure equipment and clinic maintenance, adhering to OSHA guidelines.
- Guide the team in following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and review practice metrics for performance improvement.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and team members.
- Assist others on the team as a PIMS administrative super-user.
