Qualification

  • 2+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to enterprise accounts with high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn about platform governance.
  • Experience in complex, multi-month sales cycles.
  • Ability to operate in a small company and adapt sales strategies.
  • Experience navigating partnership agreements.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.
  • Relentless optimism balanced with realism.
  • Familiarity with internet technologies and tools.

Responsibility

  • Work closely with new and existing customers to understand their Trust & Safety challenges and goals.
  • Collaborate with the founding team and engage in team selling with investors and advisors.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
  • Identify partner needs to launch and grow partnerships.
  • Engage with both technical and non-technical buyers.
  • Manage sales strategy and operations using Salesforce and Apollo.
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to prioritize product improvements.
  • Work with product designers to enhance customer experience.
