The role involves working closely with customers, building sales pipelines, and collaborating with technical teams to enhance product offerings.
Qualification
- 2+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to enterprise accounts with high-value deals.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn about platform governance.
- Experience in complex, multi-month sales cycles.
- Ability to operate in a small company and adapt sales strategies.
- Experience navigating partnership agreements.
- Comfort with ambiguity and initiative-taking.
- Relentless optimism balanced with realism.
- Familiarity with internet technologies and tools.
Responsibility
- Work closely with new and existing customers to understand their Trust & Safety challenges and goals.
- Collaborate with the founding team and engage in team selling with investors and advisors.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Identify partner needs to launch and grow partnerships.
- Engage with both technical and non-technical buyers.
- Manage sales strategy and operations using Salesforce and Apollo.
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to prioritize product improvements.
- Work with product designers to enhance customer experience.
