- Strong analytical skills to leverage data for customer insights and proactive outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively teach and engage customers.

- A passion for helping customers achieve their business goals and a desire to contribute to their success.
Responsibility
- Own the onboarding and implementation process for new customers, ensuring they launch their first use case quickly and effectively.
- Teach customers how to use Clay, facilitating their understanding and maximizing their value from the product.
- Proactively reach out to high-priority customers on self-serve plans to offer workshops and additional support.
- Drive customer expansion by helping them realize the full potential of Clay's offerings over time.
- Collaborate with the Head of CX to build new programs that address evolving customer needs.
