Responsibility
- Define and execute comprehensive pricing, packaging, and growth strategies aligned with ClickUp’s long-term business goals and market vision.
- Lead the development of innovative pricing models, packaging solutions, and product growth initiatives, using experimentation and data-driven insights to optimize revenue, user adoption, and retention.
- Identify and capitalize on monetization opportunities across the entire product journey, including onboarding, feature adoption, upsell/cross-sell flows, and customer retention.
- Foster strategic alignment and collaboration across product, marketing, finance, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize the impact of monetization strategies.
- Anticipate market trends and drive innovative approaches to pricing, packaging, and product-led growth, positioning ClickUp as a leader in SaaS monetization.
- Serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, providing actionable insights and shaping company-wide monetization and growth strategies.
- Own the financial outcomes of monetization initiatives, leveraging data analysis and market research to drive revenue optimization, user engagement, and competitive differentiation.
