The company is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to enhance their internal healthcare operations by designing and maintaining effective knowledge frameworks, ensuring accurate and accessible documentation for operational efficiency.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement, ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries.
  • Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset and an analytical approach to process design.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven.

Responsibility

  • Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation.
  • Audit and refine the knowledge base to eliminate redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility.
  • Act as the internal knowledge point of contact, identifying recurring questions or knowledge gaps and resolving them through documentation updates or process fixes.
  • Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes.
  • Continuously improve how teams access and use internal knowledge, proposing structural or systemic enhancements.
