The company is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to enhance their internal healthcare operations by designing and maintaining effective knowledge frameworks, ensuring accurate and accessible documentation for operational efficiency.
Qualification
- 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement, ideally in healthcare, tech, or other regulated industries.
- Proven ability to turn complex, technical processes into clear, actionable documentation.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset and an analytical approach to process design.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented and self-driven.
Responsibility
- Analyze and structure complex healthcare workflows into accurate, easy-to-follow SOPs and internal documentation.
- Audit and refine the knowledge base to eliminate redundancies, close content gaps, and improve accessibility.
- Act as the internal knowledge point of contact, identifying recurring questions or knowledge gaps and resolving them through documentation updates or process fixes.
- Partner with operations and compliance teams to ensure documentation accuracy and alignment with real-world processes.
- Continuously improve how teams access and use internal knowledge, proposing structural or systemic enhancements.
