The role involves technical expertise in web/mobile security and performance, collaborating with various teams to create scalable solutions for customer needs.
Qualification
- Strong technical expertise in web/mobile security and performance.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical capacity.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, product, engineering, and customer support teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record of customer success and advocacy.
Responsibility
- Act as the technical lynchpin throughout the entire sales cycle, both pre and post sales.
- Educate and empower prospects and customers on the Cloudflare platform.
- Train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person.
- Develop new firewall rules from log files and craft performance caching strategies.
- Create or repurpose internal tools and scripts for customer use.
