Cloudflare is seeking a Solutions Engineer in China to support the sales cycle by providing technical expertise and customer advocacy. The role involves working with Enterprise prospects and customers to ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform, leveraging knowledge of web/mobile security and performance.
Qualification
- Strong technical expertise in web/mobile security and performance.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a technical capacity.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Cloudflare's global distributed network and technology.
- Proven track record of customer advocacy and success.
Responsibility
- Act as the technical keystone throughout the entire sales cycle, both pre and post sales.
- Educate and empower Enterprise prospects and customers in the Greater China region on the Cloudflare platform.
- Train and onboard new customers via video-conference, in person, or through documentation.
- Develop new firewall rules from log files and craft performance caching and delivery strategies.
- Create or repurpose internal tools and scripts for customers.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to drive customer success.
