Responsibility
- Assist in designing, implementing, and enhancing enterprise-wide CTA Program methodologies and governance documents.
- Participate in developing a risk-based annual CTA plan in collaboration with Compliance staff in various teams.
- Contribute to the creation of policies and procedures for compliance testing and assurance activities.
- Support the CTA Senior Manager in managing and executing the CTA program.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to ensure effective compliance oversight.
